The South Buffalo Athletic Club/ Runner's Roost - Runner of the Year Series races are selected based on the cause, proximity and affiliation of the race. Our club looks to support races which are consistent with our core mission of building community partnerships, breading benevolence  and fostering fit and active lifestyles. We unashamedly support the races closest to our old neighboorhood, because that is where we are from and what we are about. Oh and the race and party following must be fun. With these things in mind, we present our 2011 series.

3) Bunny Hop - Am. Legion Post #362, E. Aurora - April 3 @ 10:30 am
4) Springville Stampede - Springville-Griffith Institute - May 11th @ 6:30 pm
5) Runnin the Burg 5K - J P Fitzgeralds, Hamburg - June 4 @ 11 am
6) SBAC/Flattery's 5K - Flattery's, W. Seneca - July 9 @ 10 am
7) St. John Vianney 5K - St. John's, Orchard Park - July 21 @ 6:30 pm 
8) Lady of Victory 5K - OLV Basilica, Lackawanna - August 7 @ 9:30 am 
9) Lackawanna Firemen 5K - Holy Cross Cemetery - September 2 @ 7 pm
10) Timon Fall Challenge - Bishop Timon HS - October 15 @ 10:30 am 
11) SBAC/Potter's Field XC Challenge - Cazenovia Golf Course - November 13 at 2 pm
12) Caroler 5K - Riley St. Station, East Aroura - December 17 @ 4 pm 

Race Criteria:

Anyone who runs the races in the Series is automatically entered You must run in at least 4 races in the series, & You must score at least (1) point to be eligible for an award
