About the Club:
The South Buffalo Athletic Club was founded in 1993.
Mission Statement:
"To promote fitness and health through long distance walking and running."
Club Activities include 5K Road Races, Multi-sport events,group runs, picnics and parties.
SBAC hosts a Runner of the Year series with awards presented at the annual banquet each year.

UPCOMING EVENTS
The 5K race will begin at West Seneca West Elementary School. Registration and packet pick-up will bening at 7am in the school cafe (enter behind the building)
Post race and volleyball tourney be held just down the block at Flattery's (1130 Orchard Park Road West Seneca, NY 14224)
Race starts at 10 am--Volleyball at noon
